Olafur Eliasson has created the work "Three Worlds, Two Meetings, One Intermediary" for the meeting- & eventroom 'Udenrigsministeriet' in Harsdorffs Hus - Kongens Nytorv.

The room, as the name refers, formerly housed the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is now illuminated by three polyhedra (multilateral spatial figures) suspended in the ceiling interacting with three corresponding wall-hung mirrors.

The chandeliers are constructed of a combination of transparent glass and so-called color effect-filter glass that mirrors some wavelengths of light and lets others shine through. The chandeliers throw a myriad of geometric shadows in the ceiling and the surroundings, and the work changes as people move around in our meeting- and eventspace.
