‍When communicating with Office Club per contact form, e-mail or phone we collect and utilize the data you provide in doing so for us to be able to get back to you with the requested answers and services.We collect, store and use only data provided by you such as your name, your e-mail address and your phone number, and our privacy policy ensures your rights regarding our use of the stated data and prevents sharing. One year at the latest following our latest contact with you we delete the data in accordance with current legislation.

Our privacy policy is in accordance with current legislation regarding personal data and with the Data Protection Act. Personal data is in this particular context any form of data regarding an identified or identifiable individual that can be directly or indirectly linked to said individual. When you are a member

As a member of Office Club we register the name of your company, your CVR, name of contact person, phone number, e-mail address, AML documentation and payment details – as well as full names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers for those of your employees working out of Office Club – all in accordance with current legislation. The data is kept for as long as you are a member/members, and by termination of the membership the data is deleted the instant any eventual outstandings are settled. This does not apply for data and documents concerning accounting which in compliance with Danish legislation is to be kept for at least 5 years after submitting annual accounts of the year in question.Your choice of membership furthermore determines to which extent data is collected, stored and used in relation to

Admittance & security

Your membership grants you access to house or houses for a set time interval. Key and fob are issued and you sign for these personally with your data and signature for maximum security and protection.

Member database

We store your name, e-mail address, phone number and name of company for handling of direct mail, greeting and guidance of your guests upon arrival, receiving of packages etc.

Booking meeting rooms & catering

Members can book meeting rooms and catering freely across all Office Club houses through our in-house bookingsystem. You will receive link for your registration into the system and at any time data can be added or changed by you.

OC newsletter

When joining Office Club you automatically register as the recipient of our newsletter hosted by A welcome-mail is forwarded for your continued acceptance or refusal. Unsubscribe any time via link, if so desired.

Registration for events
When registering for events we use your data with regards to admittance and payment.

Coops with third parties

We utilize third parties, suppliers and data processors when organizing our work, our services, IT hosting and marketing. Third parties are mainly based in the EU to secure the best possible means of communication and security.
