I Langelinieskuret kan vin, atmosfære og forplejning samles til en gennemført eventoplevelse. Catering kan leveres af Gas.Op, som har til huse i lokalerne ved siden af eventspace, mens Office Club hjælper med rammer, teknik og afvikling fra start til slut.Uanset om I planlægger en middag, reception, koncert eller større firmaevent, hjælper vi med at finde en løsning, der passer til både format, antal gæster og stemning.

Catering can be provided by Gas.Op, located in the premises next to the event space, while Office Club assists with the setting, technical setup and event execution from start to finish. How many guests can Langelinieskuret accommodate?

Langelinieskuret can accommodate up to 400 guests, depending on the type of event and room setup. Long table dinners can accommodate up to 300 guests, round table dinners up to 260 guests, and theatre or reception setups up to 400 guests.

What types of events is Langelinieskuret suitable for?

Langelinieskuret is suitable for both private and professional events, including weddings, receptions, long table dinners, corporate events, conferences, product launches, talks, concerts, summer parties, Christmas parties and communal dining.

What does it cost to book Langelinieskuret?

The price depends on the format of the event, number of guests, room setup, duration and specific needs. A quote is therefore prepared once we know more about what the event should include.

Is catering, wine and drinks available?

Yes, catering can be provided by Gas.Op, which is located in the rooms next to the event space. Drinks can be arranged through Skuret Vinbar or Gas.Op, but it is also possible to handle drinks yourselves by agreement.

Can we use our own suppliers?
Yes, it is possible to use your own suppliers for catering, drinks, decorations, flowers and technical equipment, among other things. This is agreed in more detail with Laura, so it fits the event and the setting of the venue.

Is there space for coats and help with clean-up?

Yes, there is coat storage available in connection with events. Please note that it is not staffed, and guests have access to the coat area during the event. Clean-up and practical details are agreed with Laura.

How large is the event venue?

The event space at Langelinieskuret is approximately 450 m² and can be adapted for both standing and seated events.

Can both private individuals and businesses book Langelinieskuret?

Yes, Langelinieskuret can be booked by both private clients and companies. The venue can be adapted for everything from private celebrations and dinners to larger corporate events.

How long can you book the venue for?

Booking time is agreed according to your needs. This means you can book Langelinieskuret for the timeframe that suits your event.

Can you host a concert or have music in the venue?

Yes, Langelinieskuret is suitable for live music, concerts, talks and other events with sound. The specific setup, timing and event execution are agreed in more detail with Laura.

Is there parking, public transport and wheelchair access?

Yes, paid parking is available just outside Langelinieskuret. The venue is located at Langelinie Allé 16, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, and can be reached by car, bike and public transport. There is also wheelchair access via a ramp on the waterfront side.
